Pattern & Cutting
Patterns are designed according to required sizes and designs, each article has a different pattern, they are designed with accuracy and precision.Customers can provide the size chart if they wish to or otherwise we can work with the standard size chart. The regular pattern we used is of USA AND UK.
Customized Logos
We are here to make your logo shine and make you stand out.Every logo is unique sent out by our esteemed customers and so are our products. When you will send us the logo, we will first trace it on our computer and send it to you and once we only proceed if you pass the logo. We can provide a variety of logo techniques, like silk screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, heat transfer, silicon printing, embossing, Screen Printing, Puff Printing etc. All of the above techniques can be applied to your Leather  Garments, Corset, sportswear design to make your brand stand out, sharp and trendy.
Sewing Process
Cut panels are sewn together, and the design finally comes to life. After that, all items are carefully inspected to ensure the highest quality standards, which helps us to remain one of the best sportswear and activewear manufacturers. Before bulk production, we get your approval by making a sample and shipping it to you. Once approved, we move to the next step.
Finished Product
Customer will be provided with pictures and videos of their respective finished products to satisfy them with the stiching and printing of their products.
Checking and Rework
The developed product goes through many stages to be checked and examined of any flaw and to ensure that not a single detail is left out. The completed piece is matched again with requirements of the customer.
Ironing and Rework
The product is neatly and vigilantly ironed without causing a slight damage to printing. It is handled with care and make sure that the quality of fabric remains the same with every press.
Dispatch and Delivery
Finally, all items get packed in polybages and then in cartons and shipped using reliable delivery services to any part of the world, anywhere you want at your door step.
